The order process was straightforward and the delivery company were very impressive from the initial phone call to arrange a delivery time to the two delivery guys who were extremely polite, friendly and helpful

One month passed still waiting on refund
Orders two pair of slippers end of May, delivered start of June. One pair too small in size so returned these on June 14th following to the letter of Tempur free return policy. As of today July 13th still waiting for my refund. Contacted Tempur Customer Service who reply saying “we haven’t received your refund” can you send us proof of postage!! Well yes I can and I did so I’ll await and see if I get my cash back before middle of August. Hugely disappointed with Tempur, have their beds pillows and linens with no reason to complain other than one time with a faulty sheet which they replaced after my continued hounding of them.

This is the best mattress I have slept on!
I trialled the top Emma mattress but I would wake up with my ribs aching each day. I stuck with it in case I needed time to adjust to it. Then I tried the top model in the Simba range. This was better but after 6 weeks I found that the mattress was developing an indentation where my body lay. This happened despite me rotating it every week.
I went to John Lewis to lie down on mattresses to see what to try next.
I found a Temper one it.
It was very expensive though. So I checked their website and found the sold them in their outlet store, and it was available on a trial basis. It came with a mattress protector, which keeps your body cool in summer.
I adore this mattress it’s wonderful!
It doesn’t need rotating at all either. I highly recommend Temper mattresses, they are far superior to Simba and Emma.
The order process and website were fantastic.
The delivery took 4 weeks though, so bear this in mind.

Waiting over a month for a refund.
Bought two pair of slippers had to return one pair as the size was too small. Made this return middle of June now middle of July and I’ve still not received my £29 refund. Very disappointed this still hasn’t happened.

Wow…
Wow…. Finally i have found the mattress of my dreams. I recently purchased a Tempur sensation elite from my local Dreams store. After three years and four mattresses later (spending a fortune). I should have gone for Tempur years ago - anyone who is undecided please go and try these mattresses. I know they are expensive but to be fair you can’t put a price on feeling so comfortable in bed. I would highly recommend Tempur mattresses to you.

I bought the most firm version of tempur in hopes that I’ll finally have something firm to sleep on. This was really soft and did not help me sleep at all. Asked for a refund but yet to hear back from them.

Superb service thoughout. We needed to delay the delivery so we could align with the arrival of the base. Tempur were super helpful and their customer service was outstanding. Fully recommend.

TERRIBLE AFTER SALES CARE!!
I contacted Tempur on behalf of an elderly lady who I help to look after. She purchased a mattress and topper less then two years ago and the cover to the topper had been damaged. I wrote to Tempur with the lady’s details to explain the topper cover was damaged and would you send a replacement out bearing in mind the lady has spent over £3000 with them. They came back to say there is a £150 plus VAT charge for them to send a new cover out. I was not happy bearing in mind my friend had spent a lot of money and there was just not willingness to help. A lot of emails back and forth they weren’t budging what so ever.
They need to work on their after sales care, it’s shocking!! They are quick to charge high prices for their products yet when anything goes wrong they have an unwillingness to be flexible.
I will certainly not buy from them and will tell other people of their bad after sales care!

You have to try it yourself
I ordered a Tempur pillow as I struggle with neck pains. Unfortunately their softest version was too firm for me and I had to return it.
I was impressed with the speed of the whole refund process. All done in one week.
I understand that for back and neck pains there’s not one solution to fit all. You have to try and see which one works best for you.
